Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children: ? The children met the diagnostic criteria of ASD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and were diagnosed by pediatricians; ? children aged =3 years, but < 18 years old. Inclusion criteria for parents: ?living with children; ? Able to communicate normally and have completed the relevant process of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for children: ?any serious congenital disease; ? accompanied with serious physical diseases, severe trauma history can affect growth and development; ? taking medications (e.g., melatonin, antihistamines, clonidine, clonazepam, serotonin, antidepressants, etc.) that may interfere with their natural sleep structure within the past two weeks; ? Primary sleep disorders such as apnea syndrome diagnosed by doctors. Exclusion criteria for parents: ? no babysitter was employed to care for children with ASD; ? serious physical diseases; ? History of mental illness.
