18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 18-50 years old; ? within 1 week after anterior talofibular ligament reconstruction; ? preoperative imaging MRI visible anterior talofibular ligament injury, endostatic stress test in the affected limb check (+), and anterior drawer test (+); and ? conscientious participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?combination of other ankle injuries, such as fractures, cartilage grafts, medial collateral ligament injuries, etc.; ?poor postoperative wound healing; ?bilateral ankle injuries; ?history of previous ankle surgeries; ?combination of severe osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; ?chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, etc.; ?tumours, tuberculosis, infections, etc.; ?pregnant women; ?presence of cognitive disorders, disorders of consciousness, and severe psychiatric illnesses; and ?previous history of peripheral neurovascular disorders, abnormalities of coagulation function, and deep venous thrombosis, etc.
