Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Schizophrenia 1) Age and gender are not limited; 2) meeting the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition); 3) Patients understood the content of the study and were willing to participate in the study. Patients or their families provided written informed consent. (2) adolescent depression 1) Age of 12-18 years old, both sexes; 2) meeting the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition) for depressive disorders; 3) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score > 20 4) Primary school education or above 5) Patients understood the content of the study and were willing to participate in the study. Patients or their families provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Schizophrenia 1) other mental disorders that met the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, including organic mental disorders, depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, intellectual disability, alcohol dependence, drug dependence/abuse, etc.; 2) history of neurological diseases; 3) with ocular diseases such as glaucoma, maculopathy, retinal occlusion, ocular trauma, etc. 4) history of intraocular surgery; 5) patients with myopia 6) patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus; 7) current pregnancy/breastfeeding; 8) patients with alcohol or coffee addiction; 9) those unable to provide informed consent. (2) adolescent depression 1) other severe mental disorders that met the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, including organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, alcohol dependence, drug dependence/abuse, etc.; 2) According to the investigator's judgment, the patient has obvious suicidal ideation and risk; History of neurological disease; 3) with ocular diseases such as glaucoma, maculopathy, retinal occlusion, ocular trauma, etc. 4) history of intraocular surgery; 5) patients with myopia 6) patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus; 7) current pregnancy/breastfeeding; 8) patients with alcohol or coffee addiction; 9) those unable to provide informed consent. 10) Unable to provide informed consent.
