Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients’ eligibility criteria were as follows: (1) aged 18 or above; (2) diagnosed with primary NSCLC (stage I-II) who received surgery; (3) without communication barriers and cognitive impairment. The family caregiver is identified by the patient as the primary care provider, and their eligibility criteria were as follows: (1) aged 18 or above; (2) assuming primary responsibility for the care of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they (1) were diagnosed with a severe psychiatric disorder; (2) had extrapulmonary metastatic carcinoma or other comorbid diseases; (3) experienced a pneumonectomy. Family caregivers were excluded if they received remuneration.
