Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >18 years and <40 years. (2) The diagnosis was hypertension in young adults. According to the definition of the American College of Cardiology (AHA), the diagnostic criteria for youth hypertension are generally: resting systolic blood pressure (SBP) = 130 mmHg, or resting diastolic blood pressure (DBP) = 80 mmHg. Confirmation of diagnosis: In order to confirm the diagnosis of hypertension, blood pressure measurements are usually required at multiple different time points. If the first measurement shows a high blood pressure value, multiple measurements should be taken to confirm the diagnosis. Measurement should be conducted in a relatively relaxed and resting state to avoid the influence of stimulation and pressure. Age range: Youth hypertension is usually defined as a population between the ages of 18 and 40.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney organ dysfunction, and seriously affect the life expectancy of patients. Examples include heart failure grade III and above, cognitive impairment or dementia (MoCA score <26 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale), combined type I or type II respiratory failure, liver function grade child-pugh grade C, and renal insufficiency stage 3 and above. (2) Combined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (such as myocardial infarction, stroke, aortic dissection, etc.). (3) Various reasons can not cooperate. (4) Refuse to participate in this study.
