18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age over 18 years 2: General anesthesia as the primary anesthesia method 3: Surgery duration exceeding 60 minutes 4: Postoperative hospital stay of more than 3 days 5: Confirmed history of cerebral hemorrhage or stroke through CT or MRI, or diagnosed carotid artery stenosis or plaque through carotid ultrasound
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Unable to cooperate 2: Preoperative diagnosis of dementia, cognitive impairment, delirium, and other psychiatric disorders 3: Subsequent surgery during the study period 4: Spinal anesthesia, nerve block anesthesia, local anesthesia, etc., as the primary anesthesia methods instead of general anesthesia
