control group:Consistent the diagnosis of low back pain but refuse to accept the treatment of this project.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients who Postpartum low back pain is obvious and needs to be treated; (2) Women aged 18 to 40 years after delivery, the delivery process is smooth, no obvious complications; (3) Lumbar nerve root showed no signs or signs of injury, and the doubters should be ruled out by imaging examination; (4) Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxants and hormones were not used within 3 days before the start of the test; (5) Patients and their family members can understand, accept and cooperate with acupuncture therapy, and are willing to participate in this subject and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following shall not be included (1) Lumbar and sacral tuberculosis, infection, obvious trauma, fracture, surgery or tumor history; Osteoporosis; Patients with hip joint disease; (2) suffering from rheumatic diseases; Soft tissue infection in pelvis or lumbosacral tail; Abnormal coagulation function; Those with serious systemic diseases; (3) Users of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioid dependence; (4) Cognitive and mental disorders, can not cooperate with the examination and treatment of this subject.
