Individual Vitamin K2 Intervention group (Study Plan 2):Daily Vitamin K2 200ug
Vitamin K2+Vitamin D combined intervention group (Study Plan 2):Daily Vitamin K2 200ug+Vitamin D1000IU
Individual vitamin D intervention group (Study Plan 2):Daily Vitamin D1000IU
Control group (Study Plan 2):Conduct nutrition education and consultation, and introduce specific food intake standards to participants using a food model.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Research Plan 1: Age 18 and above; Having communication and cognitive abilities; Agree to participate in this experiment. Research Plan 2: a) Gender unlimited; b) Age>65 years old; c) Han ethnicity; d) Meets the diagnostic criteria for muscle atrophy; e) Having communication and cognitive abilities; f) Sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Research Plan 1: Suffering from heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, immune system diseases, acute attacks of chronic diseases, infectious diseases, etc; Lack of autonomous activity ability; Implantation of electronic devices or metal objects into the body; Lack of communication and cognitive abilities; Disagree to participate in this study. Study Plan 2: (a) Hepatorenal insufficiency (Child Pugh grades 2 and 3, GFR7.0%, and diabetes nephropathy has been in stage 4 or above; c) Immune system diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, infectious diseases, Sjogren's syndrome, malignant tumors, and metabolic diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; d) Implantation of electronic devices or metal objects into the body; e) Supplemented with protein fortified foods, fish oil, vitamin D, vitamin K2, etc. within the first three months of the study.
