Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age:= 18 years old. 2.Gender: No gender limit. 3.Tumor sites: tongue, buccal mucosa, upper and lower gingivas, floor of mouth, hard palate. 4. Oral squamous cell carcinoma patient: A primary patient confirmed by preoperative pathological biopsy as oral squamous cell carcinoma, with a clinical staging of pTis-2N0M0 (AJCC 8th edition) and all patients underwent simultaneous neck dissection. 5.General condition: Through routine examinations such as the three major routine tests, blood biochemical tests, electrocardiogram, etc., surgical contraindications are ruled out, and distant metastasis is ruled out through X-ray chest X-ray and/or abdominal ultrasound and/or enhanced CT and/or MRI and/or PET/CT examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complete clinical and baseline data related to comorbidity cannot be obtained. 2. Patients who have undergone radical surgery and radiation therapy in other hospitals before hospitalization in our hospital. 3.Pregnant or lactating women. 4.Individuals with mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.
