Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 2-4 years old children; ? The primary caregivers of children are their parents: ? Poor oral hygiene (the average DI-S score is 1-3);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Children suffer from serious systemic diseases, so they can't brush their teeth/have oral examination; ? Children and parents don't cooperate in data collection; ? Good oral hygiene (average DI-S score < 1); ? Need urgent oral treatment (such as acute pulpitis and periapical infection, these children will be advised to go to the hospital immediately); ? Families who intend to quit midway or those who will not attend the same school within six months (graduation/moving) due to the long trial period.
