18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old, gender is not limited; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to III; (3) BMI 18.5 ~ 30 kg/m2; (4) Patients undergoing unilateral lower limb joint replacement under elective general anesthesia; (5) Patients and their families give informed consent and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of lower extremity joint surgery; (2) Have a history of allergy to analgesic drugs or drug addiction; (3) Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction; (4) Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other rheumatic immune system diseases; (5) Preoperative complicated with severe heart, brain and lung disease or abnormal liver and kidney function; (6) Chronic diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma; A history of taking antidepressants or sedatives during the follow-up period; (7) Concurrent with other active infections on admission or any other inflammation and medical complications during hospitalization; (8) Patients undergoing emergency trauma surgery.
