18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18-65 years old; (2) K10 questionnaire score is between 20-29; (3) Voluntarily join this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from serious mental illness, such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.; (2) Currently have or have a history of drugs or substance abuse problems; (3) Currently taking drugs to treat mental illness, such as antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, mood stabilizers, antipsychotic drugs, etc.; (4) Under risk of suicide; (5) Have experienced severe trauma or have a history of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); (6) Currently receiving other types of psychological treatment.
