Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 2. Body mass index: 24<= BMI<28; 3. Stable weight over the past three months, with a change of less than +/-3%; 4. Healthy living habits, regular diet, sleep and exercise; 5. No caffeine or alcohol intake habits; 6. No smoking habits; 7. No dietary restrictions; 8. Regular bowel movements; 9. Able to sign the informed consent independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Application of all types of drugs that may affect energy metabolism within the last 3 months; 2. A history of acute or chronic pancreatitis; 3. Personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer (MTC); 4. Previous bariatric metabolic surgery; 5. Use of weight-loss medications or medical practices such as liposuction in the 90 days prior to enrollment; 6. Those with clinical manifestations of abnormalities that need to be excluded, including but not limited to neurological, cardiovascular, hematologic and lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, immune, renal, hepatic, or metabolic disorders, or psychiatric disorders; 7. Have a history of surgical procedures; 8. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
