Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients included in this review underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy. 1.male and female patients between 40 and 75 years of age; 2.American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) score of I or II ; 3.body mass index (BMI) of 18–30 kg/m2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients were excluded in case of chronic opioid therapy in the 3 months before surgery, 2.conversion to open surgical technique, body mass index >30 kg/m2 or 3.0 mg/dL, aspartate aminotransferase and/or alanine aminotransferase >250 IU, creatinine level >1.4 mg/dL, 5.pregnancy or lactation, known allergy to any drug used in the study, local infection at the block site, 6.drug of alcohol addiction.
