Cognition impairment

Interventions

A large number of cognitive "content" exercise group:Exercise training with combined cognitive intervention was also performed 3 times/week for 30 minutes/time for 3 months.
Part Cognitive "content" exercise group:Exercise training with combined cognitive intervention (where each combined cognitive training session was 15 minutes and the rest of the time was exercise trai
No cognitive "content" exercise group:Received exercise training only, 3 times/week, 30 minutes/time, for 3-month.
Control group:No intervention, only routine care in the environment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Cognitive impairment, Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score <27 or Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <26; ? No diagnosed disease that can affect cognitive function; ? Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Cognitive impairment originating from Alzheimer's disease or other diseases; ? Patients with combined severe digestive system diseases, immune function abnormalities, combined serious heart, liver, lung, and kidney diseases, combined progressive aggravation or severe mental or cognitive impairment unable to cooperate with the completed study; ? Those with severe deafness, blindness, with major physical diseases, etc. resulting in communication and communication impairment, unable to participate in the screening.
