18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Mitral valve replacement or plastic heart surgery under elective cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital with ASA grade II-III and age greater than or equal to 18 years; (2) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF>35%); (3) Willing to sign informed consent and complete all research content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18 years or less; (2) Degree of carotid artery stenosis >50% or have significant plaque; (3) Second thoracotomy or emergency surgery; (4) Preoperative echocardiography indicated obvious aortic valve lesions; (5) diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, active period of rheumatism, acute and chronic inflammatory period, autoimmune diseases, etc., and recently taking hormones, ACEI preparations, urico-lowering drugs. (6)Preoperative child-pugh classification of liver function was B or C, with serum creatinine exceeding 177 µmol/L; (7) Reject participants.
