20 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 65 years 2. ASA grade I-III 3. elective thoracoscopic pneumonectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have eye disease, eye surgery 2. Neuromuscular dysfunction 3. Diabetes, thyroid dysfunction 4. Pupil deformity 5. Use of drugs that affect pupil size, use of alpha or beta blockers 6. Scheduled surgery duration >120 minutes 7. Scheduled to undergo neurosurgery
