60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 60 to 85 years. (2) Those diagnosed with primary osteoporosis according to the criteria; (3) MMSE score =10. (4) No fracture occurred within three months. (5) The patients are conscious, have normal daily living ability, and have no obvious visual or hearing impairment. (6) Informed consent to the study and the ability to complete the questionnaire independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Are taking medications with associated effects on bone and muscle metabolism (e.g., glucocorticoids or bisphosphonates). (2) Chronic diseases that affect bone calcium and phosphorus metabolism, such as liver and kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, and hyperthyroidism. (3) With other serious physical or mental illnesses.
