Treatment group:Treatment with improved Five-Tone Respiratory Exercises combined with back tapping along the meridians on the basis of control group treatment.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; ? Age range from 40 to 80 years old; ? Sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals within one month prior to enrollment or currently participating in other rehabilitation treatment clinical trials; ? Patients with malignant tumors, severe bone and joint, and neuromuscular system disorders, or those who cannot tolerate pulmonary rehabilitation treatment due to severe heart failure; ? Individuals who are unable to cooperate in completing clinical observations due to hearing, physical activity, educational level, language impairment, or other reasons.
