Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with gallstones, with or without chronic cholecystitis, with indications for LC surgery, and planning to undergo LC surgery; 2) Stones can be single or multiple; 3) 18 years old = Age = 65 years old; 4) 18kg/m2 = BMI = 30 kg/m2; 5) Not participating in other clinical trials; 6) No previous history of diabetes; 7) No previous history of abdominal surgery; 8) ASA Level 1-2; 9) Clear mind, clear thinking, no mental illness, able to understand and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined (or suspected) presence of common bile duct stones; 2) Concomitant (or suspected) gallbladder cancer; 3) ASA surgical grade = Level III; 4) Other organ dysfunction; 5) Concomitant liver lesions require liver resection; 6) Pregnant women; 7) Previous history of upper abdominal surgery; 8) Highly suspected intra-abdominal adhesions before surgery; 9) Patients diagnosed with scar constitution; 10) Chronic disease patients who require long-term oral hormone therapy; 11) Individuals who abuse alcohol or drugs within a year will be tested using the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT).
