Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of MS; 2. Aged from 18 to 80 years old; 3. Conforming to abdominal obesity: waist circumference >=90cm for men and =85cm for women; Or BMI>=25kg/m^2; 4. Patients with the TCM syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, dampness and blood stasis; 5. Willing to obey the doctor's treatment plan and cooperate with follow-up, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance =2.5 times upper limit of normal, total bilirubin >=1.5 times upper limit of normal; Chronic heart failure, cardiac function grade III and above). 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients with acute cardio-cerebrovascular accident in the past 3 months; 4. Patients with acute infection; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. The mentally ill person cannot understand the nature, scope and possible results of the study or cannot comply with the doctor's advice; 7. Those who were taking other similar interventions; 8. Secondary abnormal blood lipids, blood pressure and blood glucose; 9. Type 1 diabetes mellitus; 10. Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; Patients taking medications that affect body weight, such as glucocorticoids, contraceptives, and weight-loss drugs.
