Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnostic criteria for MCI refer to the Chinese Guidelines for Dementia and Cognitive Impairment (2018). There are four main points: a) cognitive impairment reported by the patient or an informant, or found by an experienced clinician; b) objective evidence of impairment in one or more cognitive domains (from cognitive tests); c) complex instrumental activities of daily living can be slightly impaired, but independent activities of daily living can be maintained; d) a diagnosis of dementia has not been reached; (2) age =60 years old and =80 years old; (3) the course of disease was more than 3 months; (4) lived in the study community for more than 1 year and had no plan to move away within 2 years; (5) sufficient visual and auditory resolution to undergo neuropsychological testing; (6) having a smart phone with Internet access or simple computer operation and Internet access skills; (7) Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those who do not meet the above standards or have incomplete data; (2) cognitive impairment caused by other diseases; (3) severe heart, liver and kidney diseases; (4) Unwilling to accept this study or unable to cooperate for other reasons.
