Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1: Adults aged 18 or above. Study 2: Adults aged 18-65; people with at least mild level of depression or anxiety

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study 1: None Study 2: People with serious mental disorder; people with suicidal attempt within the past 6 months or scored 2 or above on item 9 of Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9); people with active psychotic symptoms; people receiving active psychological intervention
