Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Obese people with BMI=28 kg/m2; Obesity and depression patients with BMI=28 kg/m2 and PHQ9=5 score; Normal population with a BMI of 18.5-23.9 kg/m2 (2) No physical activity disorders, no congenital cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension (3) Lack of health awareness and behavior

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of skeletal joints such as elbow, shoulder, knee and hip that are not suitable for exercise (2) infirmity and diseases affecting the function of physical movement (3) Subjects who could not follow the exercise intervention plan
