Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases" revised by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995, and confirmed by head CT and/or MRI; 2) Disease course: 2 weeks to 6 months, age 25~65 years old, stable condition; 3) The first onset, unilateral hemisphere lesions; 4) Upper extremity Brunnstrom stage III-V; 5) Modified Ashworth Scale Grading = 3 grades; 6) No severe cognitive impairment; 7) The patient or his/her family members sign the informed consent form on their behalf;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with other serious heart, brain and kidney diseases; 2) Those who have had upper limb or hand dysfunction due to trauma or peripheral nerve disease in the past 3) Independent sitting equilibrium time is less than 1 hour; 4) Visual and hearing impaired; 5) Patients with contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment; 6) Have a history of epilepsy 7) Uncontrollable hypertension, orthostatic hypotension or severe cardiopulmonary disease and other diseases that affect motor function; 8) Diseases that seriously affect the sensory and motor functions of the affected upper limbs, such as shoulder subluxation, shoulder pain, upper limb trauma, nerve damage, etc.;
