35 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer under general anesthesia in 90 cases; 2 ASA grade I-II, BMI 18-24 kg/m2; 3 no contraindication of Quadratus psoas block, and accepted the anesthesia scheme voluntarily; 4 volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. 5 approved by the Ethics Committee;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 complicated with important organ dysfunction, such as severe heart and lung disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; Coagulopathy, severe anemia, sepsis; (3) having a long history of mental illness and medication, or long-term use of analgesics; (4) there were patients with local anaesthetic allergy and infection of puncture site; 5 the patients could not cooperate or were participating in other clinical trials within three months.
