18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.breast cancer patients over 18 years old; 2.breast cancer patients who have received surgery; 3.breast cancer patients will continue to receive adjuvant chemotherapy for at least eight weeks; 4.breast cancer patients can understand Chinese and follow instructions; 5.breast cancer patients had a reliable internet connection and internet-enabled device;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.have recurrent or metastatic breast cancer; 2.have been concurrently diagnosed with other types of cancer; 3.have been diagnosed with mental illnesses; 4.are currently participating in another exercise programme;
