Interventions

A group:Self-CDT was performed for 1 month after comprehensive treatment, and elastic sleeve was worn for the remaining time

B group:Self-CDT was performed for 2 month after comprehensive treatment, and elastic sleeve was worn for the remaining time

C group:Self-CDT was performed for 3 month after comprehensive treatment, and elastic sleeve was worn for the remaining time

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of lymphedema 2.Age 18-79 years 3.Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiac and renal insufficiency 2.Recurrence or metastasis 3.Inability to home self-CDT treatment 4.Cognitive impairment
