Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Age 18-75 years; b) voluntarily sign an informed consent form; c) Regular peritoneal dialysis treatment with conventional glucose peritoneal dialysate for more than 3 months; d) Regular hemodialysis for more than 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure > 180/110 mm Hg), 2) severe anemia (hemoglobin level < 7 mg/dL) 3) visual impairment, 4) symptomatic coronary artery disease or cerebrovascular disease within 3 months prior to study recruitment, 5) cardiac function class III and IV (NYHA), 6) symptomatic and fatal arrhythmias, severe valvular heart disease, 7) difficulty walking independently due to orthopedic problems, history of cerebrovascular disease, or history of peripheral arterial disease.
