55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 55-80 years old, gender is not limited. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis in "China Osteoarthritis Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines (2021 Edition)". 3. K-L grade 4 4. Good cognitive function, good compliance and ability to cooperate with all examinations and treatments. 5. Subjects (or their legal representatives) voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous lower extremity osteoarthritic surgery 2. Combined neurological and musculoskeletal disorders 3. Those requiring bilateral surgical treatment 4. Combination of serious diseases of the medical system that cannot tolerate training 5. Combination of inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc. 6. Other conditions that the investigator deems unsuitable for participation in the program.
