Block of Internal intercostal muscle and the innermost intercostal muscle (I group):0.375% ropivacaine 40ml T8 axillary posterior line internal intercostal muscle and innermost intercostal muscle bloc
Intercostal innermost muscle and parietal pleural block (P group ):0.375% ropivacaine 40ml T8 axillary posterior line intercostal innermost muscle and parietal pleural block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who intend to undergo radiofrequency ablation of liver tumors under CT guidance; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. ASA grade I - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to narcotic drugs; 2. Long-term use of opioids; 3. Infection of puncture site; 4. Communication difficulties; 5. Iodine contrast agent allergy.
