Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome; ? Patients with carotid intima-media thickness =1.0mm without clinical diagnosis of atherosclerotic disease; ? Aged 18-80 years old; ? Conforming to abdominal obesity: waist circumference =90cm for men and =85cm for women; Or BIM=25kg/m2; ? In accordance with the TCM syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, dampness and blood stasis; ? Willing to obey the doctor's treatment plan and cooperate with follow-up, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with definite diagnosis of atherosclerotic disease, including coronary heart disease, stroke, peripheral vascular disease, renal artery stenosis, etc.; ? Patients with heart failure (NYHA class III or above) and severe arrhythmia (persistent rapid atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, frequent premature ventricular contraction, ventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular block > second degree); ? Complicated with severe primary diseases of liver, kidney, blood system, respiratory system; Hepatic and renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance < 30ml/min, alanine aminotransferase =2.5 times upper limit of normal, total bilirubin =1.5 times upper limit of normal); Or patients with malignant tumors; ? Patients with acute infection; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? The mentally ill person cannot understand the nature, scope and possible results of the study or cannot comply with the doctor's advice; Or are taking part in other similar interventions; ? Secondary abnormal blood lipids, blood pressure and blood glucose; Type 1 diabetes mellitus; ? Taking corticosteroids, contraceptives, weight loss drugs and other drugs affecting weight.
