Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. .Primary vesicoureteral reflux was confirmed by VCUG or excretory urinary contrast-enhanced ultrasound; 2. One of the following conditions exists: ?breakthrough urinary tract infection during prophylactic oral antibiotic treatment; ?nephrogram suggests new renal scar formation;? delayed renal development; ?high grade of vesicoureteral reflux persisting in patients over 1 year old after conservative treatment with prophylactic antibiotics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with other urogenital system malformations; 2. Patient with voiding dysfunction; 3. Patient with defecation dysfunction; 4. Patient with secondary vesicoureteral reflux or recurrent vesicoureteral reflux; 5. Ureterectasia exists and the diameter of the ureter is more than 1cm.
