Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient to be operated on is more than 70 years old; 2, ASA: Class I and II; 3. Surgery for an intertrochanteric fracture of the femur or a fracture of the femoral neck; 4, clear consciousness, no psychoneurotic symptoms;5. Smooth communication in Mandarin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Need parenteral nutrition; 2. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child-PughC grade) ; 3. Patients with chronic kidney disease (stage 3b or above); 4.Patients with cardiac insufficiency; 5. Patients with communication difficulties; 6. thyroid disease;7. There were schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and myasthenia gravis before operation.
