Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age =18 years old ?ASA grade ? ~ ? ?To perform elective lower limb fracture surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those with contraindications to nerve block: severe abnormalities in coagulation, infection at the puncture site, etc; ? History of drug dependence or current pregnancy or breastfeeding; ? Can not cooperate with the study for any reason: language comprehension disorders, mental illnesses, inability to go to the hospital for follow-up, etc.); ? Taking other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to enrollment in the study; ? Patients with severe preoperative hepatic dysfunction (Childe-Pugh Grade C), severe renal dysfunction (preoperative dialysis); ? Patients with a history of chronic pain and long-term treatment with painkillers.
