Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years old; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for persistent allergic rhinitis; (3) Meets the criteria for moderate to severe allergic rhinitis: symptoms are severe or severe, and have a significant impact on quality of life. RTNSS score greater than or equal to 6 points; (4) At least 2 years of continuous allergic rhinitis history; (5) The patient voluntarily participates in clinical observation and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) In addition to suffering from persistent allergic rhinitis, those who also suffer from any other diseases that can have an impact on their condition; (2) There are contraindications to moxibustion, such as allergies to ginger juice or moxa smoke, scar constitution, and other serious skin diseases; (3) Individuals who have experienced symptoms of acute paranasal sinusitis such as fever, yellow nasal discharge, nasal congestion, and pain around the paranasal sinuses within 14 days, as well as those who have respiratory infections; (4) Patients with a history of chronic sinusitis or those with chronic sinusitis found on CT examination of the sinuses; Individuals with organic lesions in the nasal cavity or those who have undergone surgery; (5) Combined with severe cardiovascular diseases, organic diseases, severe asthma and other paroxysmal respiratory diseases; (6) Within fourteen days, I have used antihistamines (including H1 and H2 receptor blockers), corticosteroids, decongestants, mast cell membrane stabilizers, leukotriene antagonists, antibiotics, etc. (including through nasal, oral, eye and other routes of use as the drugs can have a direct effect on allergic rhinitis), and other prohibited drugs; (7) Patients who have received specific immunotherapy or systemic hormone therapy within the past year; (8) Those who have received the following treatment measures due to allergic rhinitis in the past month: those who have received acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine in the nasal cavity and other physiotherapy treatments within the scope of traditional medicine, those who have received inhalation therapy and other external treatments or other treatments used by Western medicine; (9) Individuals with local skin damage or temperature sensation disorders during surgery; (10) People with heatstroke, hypertensive crisis, and massive hemoptysis in the late stage of pulmonary tuberculosis; (11) Patients with yin deficiency and excessive fire syndrome and excess heat syndrome
