Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presented to our hospital for painless gastroenteroscopy were of all genders, aged 18-65 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II, BMI 18-25 kg/?, and Malampati airway grade I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sleep disorders, constipation, bowel surgery, intestinal tumors, intestinal bleeding, cardiovascular disease, sleep apnea syndrome, psychosis, history of opioid use, abnormal recovery from surgery or anesthesia, reluctance to provide informed consent, or language difficulties.
