Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent elective thoracic surgery and paraverteal nerve block were =65 years old, American College of Anesthesiologists grade I to III, and had a body mass index of 18-25 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative fever: armpit temperature > 37.5? one day before surgery;(2) Patients with pulmonary ventilation dysfunction before operation;(3) Patients with pulmonary infection, bronchial asthma or airway hyperresponsiveness before operation;(4) Previous thoracic surgery history;(5) Patients with heart function above grade II;(6) preoperative congenital heart disease, valvular disease, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia;(7) Central nervous system disease, stroke history;(8) Combined with liver insufficiency and renal insufficiency;(9) History of preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy;(10) Long-term history of chronic pain before surgery;(11) Patients who had taken analgesic drugs within 3 months before surgery.
