Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All stroke patients meet the diagnostic criteria of the "2018 China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke" and the "2019 China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage" revised and formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Disease Group. (1) Age range from 21 to 80 years old; (2) First onset, unilateral lesion; (3) The course of the disease is less than 6 months; (4) Brunnstrom staging of the affected upper limb in stages I-III; (5) Minimum mental state examination (MMSE) score = 27 points, can cooperate with rehabilitation training; (6) The Kinesthetic and Visual Imagery Questionnaire (KVIQ) scores = 25; (7) International standard visual acuity chart examination, binocular vision or corrected vision = 1.0; (8) The patient or their family members sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Having a history of epilepsy, or having a history of idiopathic epilepsy among first-degree relatives, or having used antiepileptic drugs; (2) Impairment or failure of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; (3) Serious cognitive and communication barriers that prevent cooperation; (4) Severe audiovisual impairment or unilateral neglect.
