Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) No history of thyroid surgery (2) The major pathology was finally confirmed as papillary thyroid carcinoma or papillary thyroid carcinoma combined with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (3) The scope of surgery is at least unilateral gland resection + central lymph node dissection (4) The patients who ultimately underwent surgery in our hospital ward.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other types of thyroid cancer (2) Only the affected side was resected with the gland, and no central lymph node dissection was performed (3)The data were incomplete
