Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria of case group: ? First stroke patients, disease course >1 month, brain CT or MRI scan with a clear lesion and a single lesion. The aphasia quotient (AQ) of the Western Aphasia Test (WAB) is < 93.8, with spontaneous speech of two or more words. ? Normal language function before the disease, native Chinese and telephone proficiency. Can sit independently or sit for more than 1 hour. ? Patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent. (2) Inclusion criteria of control group: No neurological disease (such as stroke, head injury); (2) Adequate hearing and vision (assisted or non-assisted) for testing; ? Mother tongue is Mandarin; ? No history of cognitive degeneration according to self-report; ? Pass the brief mental State examination (MMSE) with a score greater than 26 points; ? No depression at the time of the test; ? Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclusion criteria of case group: ? severe dysarthria. ? Severe hearing impairment. ? Severe visual and spatial disturbances. ? Mental dysfunction. ? Multiple organ failure. (2) Exclusion criteria for the control group: ? suffering from serious heart, lung, kidney diseases or other serious physical diseases that may lead to poor physical endurance and mental fatigue and affect the evaluation results; ? Mental disorders.
