Indirect inguinal hernia, seroma

Interventions

Hernia Sac Closure Group (Closure Group):Perform transverse oblique hernia sac resection and close the internal ring.
Hernia sac absenteeism group (Absenteeism group):During the operation, the hernia sac was transversely divided, the distal hernia sac was displaced, and the internal ring was in an open state.
Hernia sac reducing group (Reducing group):Complete reduction of the hernia sac was performed during the operation, and the internal ring was left open.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years old 2. Tolerate general anesthesia and laparoscopic surgery 3. Patients undergoing TEP surgery and diagnosed with unilateral inguinal hernia during the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative diagnosis of bilateral inguinal hernia, Irreducible inguinal hernia, incarcerated inguinal hernia, sliding inguinal hernia, recurrent inguinal hernia, or intraoperative diagnosis of unilateral direct inguinal hernia, unilateral femoral hernia, or unilateral complex hernia. 2. Patients with a history of incarceration within one week before surgery. 3. Patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis or chronic renal failure. 4. Patients with coagulation disorders or long-term use of anticoagulant drugs.
