Gold Standard:According to the Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Metabolically related Fatty Liver Disease of the Asia Pacific Association of Hepatology, the diagnostic
Index test:Body measurement indicators: weight, height, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, basal body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate
Bioelectrical impedance index: visceral fat area, subcutaneous fat area, body fat percentage, muscle percentage
Biochemical data: fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density and low density lipoprotein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, blood uric acid, alanine
Liver magnetic resonance data: Magnetic resonance imaging proton density fat fraction (MRI-PDFF) and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) data

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MAFLD group: =18 years old; Be able to understand the purpose and procedure of this study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent, improve routine blood biochemical examination and liver magnetic resonance examination to identify metabolism-related fatty liver disease. Control group: age =18 years old; Be able to understand the purpose and procedure of this study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent, improve the liver magnetic resonance examination as non-fatty liver.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with serious organic diseases: e.g. tumours, renal insufficiency, respiratory diseases, neurological diseases, endocrine disorders, acute infectious diseases, etc.; pregnant or breastfeeding women; conditions that do not tolerate magnetic resonance examinations: e.g. metal implants in the body, claustrophobia, etc.
