Interventions

Sevoflurane Group:Inhalation of 1.2% sevoflurane and 4L/min carrier gas (oxygen: air=0.5:3.5) to maintain anesthesia through the mask
Wakeful Group:Quietly close your eyes and inhale 4L/min of gas (oxygen: air=0.5:3.5) through the mask

4 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children of 4 to 7 years of age, American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Class I-II, body mass index of 18–26 kg/m2, scheduled to accept MRI scanning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Insufficiency of vital organs; (2) Family history of allergic to narcotic drugs or malignant high fever; (3) There are diseases such as respiratory tract infection or sleep apnea syndrome that affect respiratory tract patency; (4) Children with consciousness disorder; (5) Children with intracranial tumor or intracranial hemorrhage; (6) Children with autism and other communication disorders who cannot accurately describe themselves; (7) Using other anesthetic drugs due to sevoflurane-induced restlessness or other reasons; (8) Hypoxemia occurs during anesthesia, such as SpO2 falling below 95%;(9)Used sedatives or psychotropic drugs within two weeks
