Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Any gender, age = 18 years 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III 3. Body mass index 18-30kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases; (2) uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension; (3) a history of renal or hepatic dysfunction; (4) neurocognitive or psychiatric disorders; (5) known allergic or contraindication to benzodiazepines, opioids and etomidate; (6) a history of alcohol abuse or benzodiazepines or opioids addiction; (7) Patients with difficult airways (8) Patients who refused to sign the informed consent form.
