Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients proposed to undergo laparoscopic surgery;American Society of Anaesthesiologists classification I–III; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 4. Normal communication; 5. Volunteers were tested and informed consent was signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Antiemetic or analgesic medication intake within 24 hours before surgery; 2. Taking antipsychotic drugs or corticosteroids; 3. Liver and kidney dysfunction, gastric motility disorder, vestibular disease; 4. Sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block II or above; 5. Long QT syndrome; 6. Known to be allergic to experimental drugs and other drugs.
