Age
35 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged >=35 years old when oocytes were retrieved; 2. Women who intend to undergo PGT-A; 3. Women who have >=1 D5/D6 blastocysts; 4. Voluntary signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities in either spouse (excluding polymorphism); 2. PGT-M or PGT-SR cycles; 3. Donor sperm or donor egg cycles; 4. Women who have been diagnosed with diseases affecting uterine cavity morphology or endometrial receptivity, such as untreated uterine malformations (such as mediastinal uterus, unicorn uterus, bilateral uterus, etc.); 5. Women with medical contraindications to assisted reproductive technology and/or pregnancy.
