Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: The BMI, waist circumference, and waist hip ratio will be used to diagnose Central obesity in this study. (1) When BMI>25kg/m2, it can be diagnosed as obesity; (2) When the male waist circumference is = 85cm and the female waist circumference is = 80cm; (3) Male waist to hip ratio>0.9 and female waist to hip ratio>0.8 can be classified as Central obesity. When BMI meets the criteria and there is a waist circumference or waist to hip ratio that meets the diagnostic criteria for Central obesity, it can be considered as meeting the inclusion criteria for Central obesity in this study. ? Within the past 3 months, I have not received weight loss treatment from traditional Chinese and Western medicine or a nutritionist. ? Between the ages of 18 and 65; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for Central obesity; ? Abdominal obesity patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness. ? Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Due to medication, or due to disturbances in external brain, pituitary, adrenal cortex function, thyroid function, and autonomic nervous system Secondary obesity caused by factors such as adrenal insufficiency, hypothyroidism, and anterior pituitary dysfunction Decreased fertility, female polycystic ovary syndrome, and obesity caused by traumatic brain injury; ? Taking drugs that may affect the trial results (weight), such as liraglutide, smeglutide, and metformin drugs such as guanidine and hormones; ? The Hamilton Depression Scale 17 (HAMD-17) scored>18; ? Severe ulcers, abscesses, skin infections, etc. are present at the acupuncture site; ? Severe heart, brain, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, hematopoietic system diseases, or combined with other serious diseases; ? Participate in other clinical medical trials within the past 3 months; ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? Suffering from other serious visual and auditory impairments or mental illnesses that affect communication.
