Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Women aged 20-37 years old when oocytes were retrieved; 2) Women who intend to undergo IVF or ICSI; 3) Women who have 2 or more D5/6 blastocysts; 4) Be capable of giving informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Couples with abnormal chromosome karyotype; 2) PGT-M or PGT-SR cycles; 3) Donor sperm or donor egg cycles; 4) Women who have experienced recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL), defined by 2 or more failed clinical pregnancies documented by ultrasonography or histopathologic examination; 5) Women who have experienced recurrent implantation failure (RIF), defined by 3 or more embryo transfer attempts fail to achieve a clinical pregnancy; 6) Women who have been diagnosed with diseases affecting the uterine cavity, such as uterine malformation, submucous fibroids, et al.; 7) Women with medical contraindications to assisted reproductive technology and/or pregnancy.
