Age
18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-75 years with a pathologically and clinically confirmed diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer (stage IV); 2. receive first-line immunocombination chemotherapy; 3. signed informed consent. 4. ECOG physical status score 0-2; 5. have at least one measurable tumour lesion according to RECIST v1.1 criteria; 6. have good organ function and expected survival of =3 months;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of other malignant tumours. 2. other anti-tumour therapy. 3. severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. 4. pregnant or lactating women. 5. non-tumour progression or death from other systemic diseases; 6. combination of severe cirrhosis, active gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal perforation, autoimmune disease, and other active malignant tumours
